On the way to Moab I found this car in my Mom's car. I said, "Um, what is is up with the 1990 corded car phone Mom?" Her response, "It came with the car." Oh, okay. That makes sense.
Then I made the following phone call: Are you there God? It's me, Margaret.
We hiked.
We also ran a half marathon. It was fun, empowering, and beautiful. I got to spend some quality time with my Mom, and that was the best part. Families first because families last.
