One Time...

I went for a hike above Alta.
There are secret waterfalls there, which are beautiful.
If anyone has talked to me recently they know the hike story.
It is a good one.
Just ask me.
After the hike I went to MOriah's house.
She went pro at finding good songs to get us ready to go out on the town.
That is code for waking us up since we are no longer spring chickens.
I told her she needed better speakers, because her computer speakers suck.
She has some, but blamed the problem on the lack of outlets.
This excuse is true.
Poor speakers are a problem for someone that loves music as much as I do.
Well, maybe just a problem for me.
She tried to remedy the situation with these giant headphones.
And.
I mean giant.
Almost as giant as me.
She said she wears them when snowboarding.
So funny.
You are slowing crossing completely over into the bro world Moriah.
...but I do not think the bro world includes making your own amazing tie-dye shirts.
Can you believe she just whipped this t-shirt up before I arrived?
She should start craft workshops.
New job idea!
After all of the jams on the computer, we hopped on our bikes, and made our way to see friends play music.
Brice and his roommate look like such a cute couple here.
Always excellent boys.
Love your new songs.
There is a new game at the venue.
Look what I could have won!
The claw failed me miserably, although it could have been operator error.
We love music, even without giant headphones, the most.

Elisha even made it to the show.
This picture looks like I have my hand on her leg romantically.
It is an illusion.
I am an illusion.
This night was really fun for no specific reason at all.
I think it was hanging out with so many great friends.
Yes.
That was it.

Birthday Party Round One

Lauren threw me the best girl's only birthday party ever last weekend.
She is the hostess with the mostess.
Check out those cute mini cupcakes. To. Die. For.

The outfits were incredible.

This is what 30, flirty, and thriving looks like. It is not great Marvin.

I have the greatest friends on the planet. Seriously.
(I missed the friends that couldn't make it, including those millions of miles away.)
This night is on my top five best birthday's list. Thank you to everyone that made my night. AND! Thank you to Lauren for putting together an amazing party full of F.U.N.

Halloween

I was not planning on attending any Halloween festivities. Seriously. Jordan convinced me otherwise, and I am so glad I went. We went to a lot of random parties and places. FYI. Halloween sure does bring out the slutty slut slutterson in people.

Jordan made his costume in about five minutes. I went as unprepared. Sometimes I would mix it up and I would be modest. The immodest did not care for that, but I say excellent costume choices me.

I also sometimes wore this this mask.

Unprepared. Madonna. Ghost.

These two were showing us their sweet dance moves. I think dancing in the car was one of the best parts of the night.

Best face award goes to Madonna.

Loved this night.

Yes. Took this picture at the perfect moment...when he was closing his eyes. Probably the best picture of my career.

The Tav.

Blair and me at the Tavernacle for her birthday bash. Dueling pianos. Singing galore. I am so glad we got to hang out. It was a blast!

The Bayou

I kind of look annoyed that I am getting my picture taken next to a superstar. He doesn't seem to mind. He is used to being a celebrity or something.

Coolest hat ever Lauren. Sold!

Cheer up Charlie's.

These glasses are mystical. Thanks Shad. (Not a real name.)

Lessons Learned.

Another Friday Night

A stage. I like the art.

Marty, Me, Candice, and Russel waiting for the music to start.
Why would they call a porta-potty a Honey Bucket? I don't get it.

Candice let me wear her hat. Not too shabby. I want one right now. Everyone must have a fedora. Christmas is just around the corner.

Candice is says, "Don't do drugs yo!"

The Long Weekend - Russell's Birthday!

We kicked off the weekend by having a party for Russell. It was one good time. Here we all are having dinner at Desert Edge Brewery at Trolley Square. The food there is amazing and I have become quite the regular at that place.
Somehow on this night I ended up walking about million miles from the avenues to about 1000 S. in Salt Lake at 0430, all because my friend claimed my car was super close. All lies. I got some sweet blisters from my flip-flops and befriended a cracked out chick from that little stunt. Note to self, never do that again. Always drive. Always.

Russel, Matt, & Marty. Russell almost got a ticket for littering on his birthday. The officers of the law actually called him at home hours later. Someone called the cops on him, while I am not a fan of littering, I think that tattle tale was lame. Marty is hillarious. You should hear the stories he has about working at the newspaper. I laughed all night. Things like, "Did you know Barack Obama's middle name is Hussein?!!!" Such a pickle.

Me and Candice. One of my besties.

Mustache Madness

Jordan invited me to a the grand opening of something. I can't remember the name. Something cool like Process? I could have just made that up. His friend Cami set up the whole soiree and it was a real good time. There was a mariachi band and a taco stand. Brilliant idea. I think those are the only things needed for a good time. I think I just might steal it for my next birthday. Beware.

Apparently the night was not complete without wearing mustache wearing. At first it was normal...because fake mustache wearing is normal....and then it just got silly I tell you. Check out the proof. It was so fun. The night almost didn't get any better....

.......until we went to Urban Lounge, where the girl in the headband walked up to Jordan's friend and told her she was perfect and she had been waiting for her all her life. Whaa? Yes. It happened believe it. Don't worry, Andrew the Lumberjack (pictured above) and I just sat there taking pictures of them with our phones. We are awes.

My Friend is Sporty Spice.

Hookah with Pepper. Yes, that is her stripper name, deal with it. There was some crazy karaoke going on that night. No. Really. Who wants to follow someone that is practically pro... maybe even sponsored by Andrew Lloyd Webber? Not me. I vetoed that idea immediately.
